What this tool does
This tool compares two JSON documents by their structure and values rather than as plain text. That means it ignores whitespace and the order of keys, and reports only meaningful differences: keys that were added, removed, or changed.
How to read the result
- + green — a key added in the changed JSON.
- - red — a key removed from the original.
- ~ yellow — a key whose value changed.
Example
If age goes from 36 to 37 and a city key is added, the diff shows ~ age: 36 → 37 and + city: "London".
Privacy: Both JSON inputs are compared in your browser and never uploaded.
