What this tool does
Markdown is a lightweight way to format text using plain characters — # for headings, * for emphasis, - for lists, and so on. This editor converts your Markdown to HTML in real time so you can preview how it will look and copy the HTML for use in a website, email or CMS.

Safety
The rendered HTML is sanitized to remove scripts and dangerous markup, so the preview is safe even if you paste untrusted Markdown.
Limitations
- Rendering follows standard Markdown with common extensions (tables, fenced code). Some platform-specific extensions may differ.
