What this tool does
A query string is the part of a URL after the ? that carries parameters as key=value pairs. This converter parses it into a clean JSON object (URL-decoding each value) and can rebuild a query string from JSON — handy for debugging links, APIs and analytics tags.
Example
?name=Ada&role=dev becomes {"name":"Ada","role":"dev"}. Repeated keys like tags=a&tags=b become an array.
Notes
- A leading
?is optional and is ignored. - Values are URL-decoded, so
%20becomes a space. - When converting JSON to a query string, array values are repeated for the same key.
